Bluemont Properties is a full-service real estate company experienced in property management, asset management, distressed properties “turnaround” development, fee-for-development and consulting services in retail, office, industrial, residential, and mixed use properties. Our professional staff guides clients through each step of the management or turnaround development process.
We provide property owners comprehensive leasing and marketing services for income-producing properties, including office, industrial, and retail buildings.
We develop long-term strategic planning for each asset through comprehensive business plans that include one, five and ten year cash flow statements, commensurate capital improvement schedules, demographic analysis, and return on investment studies. We then use these reports to develop a well though out plan to maximize the value of each asset under its direction.
We provide comprehensive property management services with a clear focus on maximizing value. We work with our clients to facilitate an efficient transition, to lower operating costs without sacrificing service, and provide accurate, timely property accounting and reporting.
We offer a full range of services including consulting, professional construction management, project management, space planning and construction documentation services. For more information on our development services, please review our selected projects listing.
